WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

E-mail confirmations are processed within 24 hours after initially making your reservation. If you do not receive it after 24 hours check your spam filter and junk mail boxes. If you still did not receive your e-mail confirmation your confirmation number will be all that you will need to check-in. If you would still like an e-mail confirmation please contact Resort Services.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HOTELS?

The Venetian is the world’s largest 5 Diamond Resort and is the fully integrated sister property of The Palazzo. Combined our two resorts offer a variety of 30 restaurants, including 7 James Beard Award winning chef’s, world-class shopping including Barney’s New York, and four spectacular shows.

WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED FOR THIS AMOUNT?

The Venetian requires a deposit based on your reservation type in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival and will be applied to your stay upon arrival.

AT WHAT AGE DO YOU CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. For any additional guests over the age of 12, a fee of $35 per person is charged ($50 for the Concierge Level) up to a maximum of 4 persons per suite.

HOW MANY GUESTS TOTAL CAN CHECK INTO A SUITE?

The maximum occupancy for any one suite at The Venetian is four. Additional charges may apply for occupancy of more than two guests per suite.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. If you arrive at the hotel early, please take your luggage to Guest Services and they will be happy to hold it for you until check-in. After taking your luggage to Guest Services, please see our Front Desk as they will check you in early if there is availability.

IF I WAS TO BOOK A RESERVATION OVER THE WEBSITE OR OVER THE PHONE, ARE YOUR RATES THE SAME?

Rates at The Venetian are the same whether booked over the phone or via the Internet. Rates are based upon availability and subject to change. Promotional rates can often be found on Venetian.com by clicking on “Accommodations” and selecting “Suite Specials”. It is also recommended that you sign up for our e-mail promotions list to be included on our distribution of special promotions.

IF I WAS TO CALL BACK LATER TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION, WILL THE RATES CHANGE?

Rates are partially based on arrival and departure date as well as length of stay. Once a reservation has been made, your rates are confirmed. If you decide to make a change to your reservation later which alters the arrival or departure date, the rates are subject to change based on availability.

WHAT DO YOU BASE YOUR RATES UPON, OR HOW DO YOU QUOTE YOUR RATES?

Rates are based on hotel availability and subject to change. When applicable, your rates will be quoted as a nightly rate based on your arrival and departure dates. Changes in the arrival or departure date may result in a rate change.

LENGTH OF STAY

Guests are welcome to stay at The Venetian for as many as 28 days.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Once checked in, if you decide to check out early there may be an Early Departure Fee of $75 per day.

DEPOSITS AND CHECK-INS

At check-in a credit card is required. An authorization amount of $150 per day will be made so that charges to the suite can be made and the phone turned on for external calling. Any unused portion will be returned at check out. If a credit card is not available, a one-time $100.00 deposit by cash or debit card will be charged and is fully refundable at the end of the stay. The one-time charge will not allow for charges to be made to the suite.

RESERVATIONS DEPOSIT POLICY

The reservation deposit policy depends on the type of reservation being made. Most reservations will require a first night room and tax deposit which is fully refundable 72 hours prior to arrival. Package reservations require full pre-payment and are also fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Other reservations may have different deposit policies. When making your reservation, any special deposit or cancellation policies will be quoted.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Your specific cancellation policy will be quoted at the time of booking; however, most reservations have a cancel policy of 72 hours prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. If you arrive at the hotel early, please take your luggage to Guest Services and they will be happy to hold it for you until check-in. After taking your luggage to Guest Services please see our Front Desk as they will check you in early if there is availability.

Late check outs are at the discretion of the Front Desk on the day of check out. Guest Services will be happy to hold luggage after check out.
