Riva Poolside Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck

Set amidst the luxurious pools of The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, RIVA is exclusive to hotel guests and is reminiscent of a small oasis. Guests can enjoy the casual and relaxing atmosphere and cool off poolside while sipping on one of RIVA's signature cocktails including the Watermelon Crush, Lava Flow and The Riva Bellini. Open for breakfast and lunch, RIVA's diverse menu offers Wolfgang Puck's trademark items combined with traditional favorites.

For breakfest, RIVA offers Puck's take on classic morning items such as the Breakfast Burrito stuffed with jack and cheddar cheeses, chorizo and potatoes; Buttermilk Pankcakes with fresh blueberries and vanilla mascarpone; and Rasin Brioche French Toast with Flambeed bananas. On the lighter side, the menu features freshly made fruit smoothies, house-made granola parfaits and steel-cut oatmeal with rum-soaked raisins.

Lunch selections include Garden Tomato Gazpacho; Truffled Potato Chips with Maytag blue cheese; Wolfgang's Cobb Salad with apple smoked bacon; Grilled Prime Burger with Vermont cheddar; plus Wolfgang's signature dishes the Lobster Club Sandwich and the Smoked Salmon Pizza. For guests on the go, RIVA's convenient take-out window allows diners to take Wolfgang's culinary creations back to their suites. Items include the Albacore Tuna Salad in a pita served with tomato, alfalfa sprouts and romaine lettuce and the Roasted Turkey Sandwich served with avocado, tomato, bacon and fontina cheese. Each boxed lunch is served with chips, fruit and a cookie.
